Thank you for replying.
My training hours fluctuate depending on the situation I am in, as it always has. Currently, I teach beginner classes twice a week for 2-3 hours at a time and do my own training on top of that. Is that enough? Yes and no, depending on how one prioritizes. There is more to life than training. That said training remains important. - It has just ceased to be the crutch it once was.
The training served me well. Now it is time for me to start serving it while still letting it continue to serve me. In return, I get the benefit of getting better while helping others do the same.
Guru - I do not base my training on the videos here. It is hard to contextualize from short clips what you show on them, as I have no understanding of what the teaching situation is, and how what is shown relates to where I am at. That said I am currently watching Pukulan videos, focusing on the “Pukulan Lanka Positions Combinations”.
I´d appreciate if could expand on that, maybe by starting your new blog with a posting entitled such? I´m sure it would be much appreciated by many of us.
